The 'Offering' is a poem about being involved with men who make you hate your body, men who want you but also struggle with the idea of having you. It largely discusses homophobia in India and how men are taught to feel shame from a very young age. In the video, we witness a man being draped in a saree. The saree is viewed as a garment made for men more than women, a cloth that restricts freedom.
